When you first buy a new car, your dealer will recommend a regular maintenance schedule. Believe it or not, your employees also need to be put on a regular maintenance schedule to keep them running smoothly. As you kick off 2011, it might be time to implement a "re-recruiting" program to ensure your employees are engaged in their work and performing at their best. If you're not familiar with "re-recruiting," it is the process of re-engaging, renewing and restoring the health, vitality or intensity of employer-employee relationships.
